If I could put a sound effect with this post it would be "mmm, mmm, mmm"! I just finished licking the bowl of my new favorite ice cream. Well, one of TWO new favorites. I must share their names so you can rush to the store and buy some for yourself.
1. Blue Bell's Key Lime Pie (Thank you Steph. for introducing this yummy treat! If you love key lime pie, you will love this ice cream.)
2. Blue Bell's Chocolate Covered Strawberry (Wow! This tops them all! I just finished eating a bowl a few minutes ago. I love strawberries. I love chocolate. AND I love ice cream. This is the perfect freezing cold dessert.)
Warning: Do not look at the calories, the carbs, the sugars, the fat grams, etc. Just close your eyes and enjoy every single stinkin' bite...it's sooo good!

- Why Structured Chaos?? I am a creature of habit. I am a rule follower. I like routine and I'm often thrown for a loop if things don't go as planned. I like structure. But many times my chaos IS my structure! I am married to a student minister, whose schedule is not the norm. I have 2 rowdy boys who love their momma and want so much of me. I am also a first grade teacher who is returning to the classroom this fall. I've got a lot whirling around me and I'm trying to organize my chaos the best I can. you're welcome! you know that great friend who encourages you to go to the gym, etc... well, i am the opposite of that friend for now. my pleasantly plump advice to you today is to enjoy your ice cream, there is time for skinny tomorrow.

Yum...now that Nashville gets Bluebell, I'll have to check those flavors out...My favorite right now is Chocolate Brownie Overload. We just got Bluebell last summer in Nashville, and Neal and I went a little overboard trying all the different flavors...we were so excited to walk down the freezer section and see it there. I still look for it when I go!
how long does it take for that ice cream to freeze? do you think it'd make it all the way to Asia in a freezer bag? how is braxton feelin'?
